My focus
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting, self-esteem, and coping with chronic illness or pain. I have extensive experience supporting women and children impacted by abuse and domestic violence.
My approach
My approach is solution-focused, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I draw upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing. I provide culturally sensitive and person-centered care, adapting to meet your unique needs.
