My journey to mental healthcare

From a young age, I have been deeply passionate about helping others and witnessing their growth. This guided me to pursue a career in social work, where I have spent years listening empathetically and aiding individuals in recognizing their inherent strengths. I am dedicated to creating a safe space where individuals feel valued and empowered.

My goals for you

I take a collaborative and client-centered approach to goal setting. I work with clients to identify their strengths, challenges, and personal values to ensure their goals are meaningful and achievable. During our sessions, we explore what they hope to gain from therapy and break larger objectives into smaller, manageable steps.

Our first session

During our first session together, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where they feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and emotions. We’ll begin by exploring what led them to therapy, along with any specific concerns or goals they have in mind.
