As a counselor and 18 year active duty military spouse, I understand how demanding and complex life can feel, especially when you’re used to holding a lot together for others. I provide a supportive, real-world space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and start moving forward with clarity.

I work best with individuals who are navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, and the unique demands of military or high-responsibility careers. Many of my clients are used to being strong for others and may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to slow down and process what they’re carrying.
My approach
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person I work with. I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which means we focus on both understanding your experiences and taking meaningful, forward-moving steps.
