I enjoy assisting others with navigating the unfamiliar terrain along their journey by offering support and assisting in developing self-care regimes that address symptoms related to anxiety, depression, addiction/substance abuse, stress, trauma, and much more.

My journey to mental healthcare

Our journey through life is non-stop and is filled with highs, lows, and in-betweens. The one thing that is constant is that it all changes all the time. This is what led me in the direction of being a therapist, being able to join others on their journey and offer support, empathy, and guidance.
