Sometimes, we don’t even realize we are overwhelmed and/or anxious until our bodies start showing signs such as fatigue, irritability, or difficulty sleeping. Therefore, there is a fine line between saying that we are okay and actually feeling okay. My goal is to help you build confidence, navigate challenges, and create healthier relationships.

These experiences often bring feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress, and I strive to be a steady source of support during these times.
