I take a client-centered approach, exploring your needs and goals to guide us towards a more empowered you. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, and other difficulties.

My focus

I work with adults challenged by anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, parenting, and substance disorders. I believe mental health is just as important as physical and spiritual health. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment to discover meaningful solutions for you.

My approach

I use an evidence-based approach to reach our therapy goals. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Exercises, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Theory. The most important part is exploring options and building our therapeutic relationship as we meet your goals.

I approach each session with a compassionate, non-judgmental ear. Each session, you will be met with empathy and support. Through guidance and expertise, we will navigate an approach that is tailored towards your goals and needs.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey towards becoming a therapist began with an interest in the human condition. I have worked with people experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, substance use, and other conditions. I am grateful to be entrusted with helping navigate each person through these challenges.
