My approach
I use a variety of techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include diverse techniques.
