My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist from witnessing how unhealed trauma impacts relationships and self-worth. I was inspired to help people break generational trauma patterns, reconnect with themselves, and experience meaningful, secure relationships rooted in emotional safety and self-respect.

Progress means feeling more grounded, confident, and emotionally secure. You may notice improved boundaries, healthier relationships, reduced anxiety, and greater self-trust. Over time, you’ll feel more empowered to live authentically and respond to life with clarity and resilience.

In our first session, we’ll build rapport, explore your goals, and discuss your personal history at your pace. You’ll experience a supportive, respectful environment where we clarify what you want from therapy and create a foundation for healing and growth.
