I create a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can speak freely and feel heard. My communication style is warm, honest, and down-to-earth. I listen closely, offer gentle challenges when needed, and work alongside you to build trust, insight, and confidence in your healing process.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a veteran and mental health therapist, I was drawn to this work by my own experiences with life’s challenges and the healing power of support. I understand how hard it can be to ask for help, and I’m passionate about walking alongside others as they find strength, resilience, and hope in their own stories.

My goals for you

I help clients set meaningful, realistic goals by identifying what matters most to them and breaking it into manageable steps. Together, we track progress, celebrate growth, and adjust as needed. My goal is to empower you with tools and insight that create lasting change both in and outside of therapy.

Our first session

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand your goals, background, and what’s been most challenging. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels comfortable and tailored to your needs, setting the foundation for open, supportive, and effective work.
