I create a safe, personable, judgment-free environment where you can address issues you may not feel comfortable exploring elsewhere. My goal is for you to feel safe enough to face your concerns openly.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began in social work and found myself wanting to go deeper, to understand the root causes of behavior and walk alongside people through their struggles. I'm driven by a desire to see people change for the better and live more fully.

My goals for you

We'll develop goals that meet your needs and desires, and track your progress so you can see where you started and how far you've come. I work with you to determine what you'd like to accomplish in our time together.

Our first session

We'll focus on what brought you to therapy and explore the thoughts and feelings connected to those reasons. My goal is to understand you and your situation better and gain insight into how I can support you.
