My therapeutic approach includes evidence-based practices that are solution-focused, somatic-based, and trauma-informed. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention based on the individual needs of each client.

I focus on open and non-judgmental communication that includes active listening, honesty, patience, and validation. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, seen, and supported.

Our first session will mainly focus on first establishing rapport through open-ended questions, validation of feelings, and review of the process.
