I have experience with individuals of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. I have worked with people experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and many other emotions that cause internal and external conflict.
My approach
My approach to providing therapy is that of respect, compassion, and communication. Clients are encouraged and supported through their mental health journey delicately and with kindness. My theoretical approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which aligns one's thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
