My focus
My ideal client is an adult woman navigating anxiety, depression, grief, stress, low self-esteem, and/or trauma. I also help women who are victims of domestic abuse reclaim their power by healing emotional wounds. My ideal client is also an adult woman in pursuit of overall wellness and personal growth.
My approach
I use mindfulness and cognitive behavior therapy to help clients develop awareness of their thoughts and to reframe their negative thoughts. Therapy with me is a partnership between you and me. We will work together to set realistic goals and create an effective treatment plan that works with your lifestyle.
