My journey to mental healthcare

I’ve always been drawn to meaningful connection and understanding what makes people who they are. My journey into counseling grew from a desire to help others feel heard, understood, and supported through life’s challenges. Becoming a counselor has allowed me to combine that passion with practical tools that help people reach their goals.

We’ll work together to identify what matters most to you and turn those goals into realistic, manageable steps. I’ll help you build practical skills, challenge unhelpful patterns, and celebrate progress along the way. My goal is to help you feel more confident making meaningful changes in your everyday life.

Our first session

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to counseling. We’ll talk about your goals, what you hope to get from therapy, and what has been going on in your life. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll take it one step at a time and build a plan together.
