I specialize in working with seniors living with chronic illness. Common issues include regrets, fractured relationships, pain concerns, loneliness, grief, and trauma. I also work with individuals dealing with similar concerns, including anxiety and depression.

My approach is person-centered and contextual, getting to know you in your unique context. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions to identify patterns blocking your path to success. Solution-Focused Therapy helps develop a clear picture of what success looks like and how to achieve it.

My communication style

I'm purposeful about building strong therapeutic relationships and making space for you to feel safe enough to tell your story. I use open-ended questions and active listening to help you feel heard. My journey to mental healthcare

My interest in social work began in physical medicine and progressed to mental health when I learned about the interplay between mental and physical concerns. I'm driven by my desire to help others feel better about themselves and their future, using my skills to instill hope and empowerment.
