Hi there, I'm Anabel!

I am trained to treat behavioral and mental health across the lifespan. My past experiences in education and work have equipped me to work well with diverse populations, be culturally competent, and have a wide array of training across specialties.

My focus

With specialties in the areas of addiction, abuse, trauma, and general mental and behavioral health, we will work together to help meet your individualized needs.

My approach

Upon meeting with me, my clients can expect to collaborate on an individualized plan based on holistic care. I believe that my clients are fully capable of navigating the next right thing, and I will walk alongside you to help you feel equipped to do so.
