Clients will learn how the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors plays a role in mental health. For those with trauma, we will identify and challenge unhelpful beliefs.

Frameworks like CBT, CPT, and DBT are evidence-based approaches proven to support healing. CBT challenges unhelpful thoughts, CPT supports working through trauma, and DBT strengthens skills to improve emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and relationship skills—helping clients build resilience and lasting change.
