These approaches include CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, professional 12-step facilitation, and harm reduction. I have worked with clients from various backgrounds.

My journey to mental healthcare

Therapy is my second career. I previously worked as a writer. I have lived experience with mental health recovery. Through my journey to peace, I decided to devote myself to helping others. I understand what it feels like to be in the dark, and it is an honor to accompany others as they find their way back into the light.

Our first session

During our first session, I will conduct an intake that contains more questions than a normal session. The most important part of our first session is getting to know one another and beginning to establish a therapeutic relationship built on trust.
