My journey to mental healthcare

My path to therapy began in the classroom, where I found deep fulfillment working with individuals with special needs. I pursued counseling to expand my ability to support others, completing training in intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization settings.

My goals for you

Successful progress means learning and practicing new coping methods, making positive behavioral changes, and taking better care of yourself. You'll communicate your feelings, wants, and needs more effectively and gain clarity on what you need to live your best life.

Our first session

The initial visit is a time to get to know each other and explore how to proceed. We'll complete an initial assessment and begin forming a collaborative alliance as we start working together.
