I believe that with the right tools, we can approach life with a different perspective to create a better future with a healthier version of ourselves.

I work with children and adults, providing individual and couple counseling. I have experience with trauma-informed care, immigrant families, neurodivergency, Latino communities, relationship issues, pre-marital and marital counseling. I focus on relationship skills, intimacy, communication, and conflict resolution.

I'm fully bilingual in Spanish and English. I use Trauma-Informed Approach, TF-CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness.
