Hi there, I'm Julianne!

I look forward to walking beside you through this season of life. Whatever challenges brought you here, I'm proud of you for taking this first step toward connection and healing. Together we can work on your goals to help you find a reflection of yourself that is grounded in comfort and peace.

My focus

I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, intrusive thoughts, parenting stress, and relationship trouble. I'm here to walk beside you through getting to a point where you can comfortably live with these experiences and feel in control of your own thoughts.

My approach

I offer a confidential, comfortable space through talk therapy influenced by acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I'm trained in accelerated resolution therapy, an eye movement modality used to accelerate healing for those who have experienced trauma. We view the world through a strengths and solutions-based lens.
