Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low self-worth, relationship problems, family conflict, or the turmoil from the world around us, I work with adults from all backgrounds, especially BIPOC, seeking to heal from past wounds and reclaim themselves to live fuller and meaningful lives.

Depending on your unique needs, I am well-versed in providing Person-Centered Therapy to encourage self-discovery and growth; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you reframe unhelpful thought patterns, feelings, and behaviors; and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to assist you in achieving your goals.
