My communication style

I want you to know I understand where you are and how you feel. There's nothing you can share that will upset me or cause me to distance myself. You are my most important focus. I'm an intense listener who pays attention to what's unspoken. I take notes to stay present with you. Just come, tell your story, and be yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

I grew up with undiagnosed ADHD and spent time searching for my own answers. Now I understand I was a gifted child who didn't know the power within my brain. I'm grateful for this gift and use it to help others. My life experiences have helped me understand and relate to people from all walks of life and align with them in their journey forward.

My goals for you

Some clients just want out of their current situation and back to a better place. I remind them that without defining our destination, we won't know when we arrive. Goals are mileposts that help you measure progress. They need to be achievable, preferably in increments. Even huge goals become possible when you break them down into smaller pieces.

Our first session

We'll start by creating a safe space where you can share openly. I'll ask what's creating the greatest pressure right now so we can begin relieving it. Together we'll identify what you want to be different and start building a plan. Just come ready to tell your story and be yourself.
