I work with individuals and specialize in treating anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem, relationship issues, and suicidal ideation. I am also open to exploring spirituality with my clients.

My approach is client self-determination and solution-focused therapy – I genuinely believe in the power of the client. As a therapist, I will aid in finding the needs and connecting to provide the client with a feeling of fulfillment and empowerment.

My counseling style believes that as a therapist, I don't have all the answers, but collectively with the help from the client, WE CAN GET THERE!

My journey to mental healthcare

I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from Texas A&M University. I am passionate about supporting clients through life's challenges and helping them discover their own resilience and capacity for growth.
