My journey to mental healthcare

I have been supporting individuals and families since 2001, beginning in Christian ministry counseling settings before transitioning into professional psychotherapy. My early work shaped my ability to listen deeply and hold space for pain, while my current practice is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy focused on lasting change.
