Working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults is a passion of mine. I have worked for many years with those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, school issues, relationship issues, and grief/loss. I hope to help my clients develop lifelong skills that will help provide positive and long-lasting changes to their lives.
My approach
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I guide clients in developing practical coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and creating lasting, meaningful change.
