I encourage open dialogue and collaboration, welcoming questions, concerns, and feedback. My goal is to create a safe, consistent space where you feel comfortable sharing openly, empowered to make informed decisions, and supported as we work together toward your goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

Through my nursing education, clinical experiences, and from my son's friend, I saw how untreated mental health conditions affect individuals, families and communities- and how evidence-based, empathetic care can restore hope and stability. I was drawn to PMHNP because I wanted to combine clinical expertise with meaningful human connection to heal.

My goals for you

Throughout treatment, I divide goals into small achievable steps, use evidence-based tools to track progress, and regularly review what is working and what needs adjustment. I provide education, skills, and medication support as needed, while reinforcing strengths and celebrating progress along the way.

Our first session

We will begin by talking about what brings you in, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from treatment. I will do assessments and evaluations, and you will have plenty of time to share your story in your own words.
