My therapy approach is collaborative and solution-focused. I aim to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients can freely express their thoughts and work toward assembling the pieces of their lives into a meaningful and manageable whole.

I am dedicated to helping people discover their inner light and voice, guiding them toward feeling whole and confident on the inside and out.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have worked with all types of clients, but I have always circled back to young professionals, college students, athletes, and career-driven individuals. I remember the weight on my shoulders to succeed and feeling that mistakes were forbidden. I'm here to help fight that stigma and build the confidence we all need.

The only way to set goals is to make them S.M.A.R.T., and we will brainstorm together from beginning to end and adjust as needed.

After our first session, my hope is that clients feel empowered and encouraged. Even if they are not sure what they need, the goal is to feel safe to just take the first step.
