I am a dedicated therapist with several years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I take a client-centered approach, meeting each person where they are and creating a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.

Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally struggling with emotional pain, relationship patterns, or feeling stuck.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to therapy because I’ve always been deeply interested in how people heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges. Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful it can be to have a safe, understanding space to process emotions, work through trauma, and gain clarity.

I help clients set goals by first understanding what matters most to them—the changes they want to see in their life, relationships, and emotional well-being. Together, we clarify specific, realistic, and meaningful objectives that feel achievable.

Our first session

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding your unique experiences and goals. I’ll ask questions about your history, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. This session is also your opportunity to ask questions about my approach, share any concerns, and see if we fit.
