Hi there, I'm Jennifer!

I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I believe in using a trauma-informed care model. While I am comfortable treating persons with ADHD and many medications and strategies help improve focus and attention, due to current rules and regulations, I am not able to prescribe stimulants at this time.

My focus

I treat multiple conditions. The majority of my clients seek help for depression, anxiety, past traumas, mood dysregulation, and/or psychosis. Sometimes they schedule an appointment because a friend or family member suggested they seek help.

My approach

I mostly use a psychodynamic approach, but that changes depending on your needs. In summary, I listen, and then you and I work together on an agreed-upon plan to help you cope and feel better.
