Hi there, I'm Sarah!

I have been working as a psychotherapist since 2008. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults, and I have a special interest in women's health surrounding PMS, PMDD, postpartum, and perinatal.

My focus

I typically work with young adults going through life changes and phases, women struggling with PMS or PMDD. I am, however, comfortable working with all ages, 12-99, women and men.

My approach

My approach to therapy is eclectic. I prefer to meet the client where they are and with what they need; however, I tend to pull from CBT and solution-focused therapy during my sessions.
