I work with adults, adolescents, families, and couples facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, family conflict, parenting challenges, grief and loss, gender identity, sexual trauma, and ADHD. My focus
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and depression, as well as individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and couples with relationship conflicts. In couples therapy, I listen to each partner's feelings and help establish guidelines that bring relief and hope.

My counseling style is warm, compassionate, direct, and interactive. I tailor my approach based on your needs, using Client-Centered Therapy, CBT, and DBT. I believe in unconditional positive regard, which means I am empathetic and non-judgmental. I help you change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors while accepting who you are.
