My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began when I realized how deeply emotional struggles can impact a person's overall well-being. A turning point for me was working with a patient battling severe depression, which inspired me to dive into psychiatric care. What keeps me going is the chance to offer support and help people navigate life's toughest challenges.

My goals for you

I like to set clear, achievable goals based on each patient's unique needs. We work together to break down larger goals into manageable steps and track progress over time. This helps ensure that treatment is both effective and responsive to changing needs.

Our first session

In the first session, we'll talk about your history—medical, psychiatric, and personal—so I can get a clear picture of your needs. We'll discuss your symptoms and concerns and start forming a treatment plan that works for you. I'll also explain the different treatment options, including therapy and medication.
