Hi there, I'm Chase!

Are you feeling stressed, depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed? Well, I am here to encourage and navigate you through this place called life. Do you feel misunderstood? Do you feel like you have no one to talk to or turn to? Well, you have connected to the right person. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.

My focus

Struggling with anxious thoughts or self-doubt? I work with adolescents and adults who have concluded that they must seek help before they head into a traumatic crisis. The decision is yours, make the right move, make the best choice, seek help, and you will receive it. You are not alone.

My approach

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts. I also use Solution-Focused Therapy to focus on identifying and amplifying your strengths and resources to help you achieve your desired goal. My approach is practical and collaborative, giving you tools to feel more in control.
