I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor, a Doctoral Candidate, and a Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who has experience working with teens and adults. I specialize in treating PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, and can help with many other issues as well.

I provide individual therapy in both English and Spanish to those aged 18 and up based on their specific mental health needs. My specialty areas are trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
My approach
I take a trauma-informed approach using cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect. I work with clients to create a tailored experience where they feel heard and validated as they progress towards their goals.
