My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career in nursing and developed a strong interest in mental health. Over time, I pursued advanced training to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner so I could provide more direct support through diagnosis and medication management, helping patient improve their quality of life.

My goals for you

I work with you to set clear, realistic goals based on your symptoms and daily functioning. We track progress over time and adjust your treatment as needed. My focus is on helping you feel better, function more consistently, and build long-term stability.

Our first session

During the first session, we will talk through your history, current concerns, and what brought you in. I will ask questions to understand your needs and discuss possible diagnoses and treatment options. We will work together to create a clear, personalized plan moving forward.
