My communication style

My style focused on the client's chief complaints, listening, and asking open-ended questions to find the client's main reasons for the visit. My approach is integrative and personalized care in combination with proper medication for the client.

My journey to mental healthcare

After serving six years in the US Army as an Operating Room specialist and dealing with mentally ill, disabled veterans, I realized the reality of mental illness. Therefore, I decided to complete all the requirements to become the best mental health Provider possible.

My goals for you

My approach is solution-oriented in combination with personalized medication management with psychotherapy, such as CBT and EMDR.

Our first session

During the first session, I present myself and start getting to know the client's reasons for the visit. The solution to the encounter will come from a collaborative approach.
