My journey to mental healthcare

I'm a third-generation mental health professional, and becoming a counselor felt like both a calling and a legacy. My grandmother was one of the first psychologists, and she inspired me with her passion for people. I help clients heal and move forward with practical tools, honest insight, and steady presence.
