My focus
I am comfortable working with folks who experience depression, anxiety, grief, combat trauma, sexual trauma, moral injury, and relationship challenges. I have worked with adults from varied walks of life, including active-duty military, veterans, first responders, as well as couples and families.
My approach
My approach is strength-based and client-centered, offering active listening, support, and empathy. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and also draw on PE, CPT, ART, and Written Exposure Therapy. For couples, I use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) as my main approach.
