Hi there, I'm Morgan!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the Los Angeles, California area. My viewpoint of therapy is to help individuals grow and understand themselves and others with a clearer lens. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling in many different areas with an attachment and family systems approach.

My focus

I have worked with clients struggling with trauma, families and children, grief and loss, ADHD, relationship distress, self-esteem, life stressors, anxiety, and depression. Whether you are working through trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, co-dependent behavior, or seeking greater empowerment, I am here to support you.

My approach

I believe therapy is a truly personal experience. The decision to seek support is a courageous one. As your therapist, I feel honored to hear your story and work through the difficulties that life brings. My approach is customized to each client because each one of us is on our own journey.

My communication style

I communicate in a way that fits the needs of each individual, with compassion, empathy, and curiosity. I ask questions to clarify frequently, to understand each perspective and life, to never assume, but truly comprehend what the person is feeling and communicating.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was initially attracted to the field for the love of helping others through their journey. In my therapy, I have seen how it is effective in understanding oneself more, and I am driven and hope to nourish others' understanding of themselves and their connection to the world.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting with clients is all about working together to define what you want to accomplish in our time together. This process starts with collaboration, helping the individual feel comfortable, and building trust between others.

Our first session

The first session with me will look like me getting to know each individual, and building trust and initial connection to feel safe, seen, and heard. I would most likely inquire about the reason for seeking therapy and answer questions to make each feel comfortable.
