I have specialized in Trauma-Informed Care and am also trained in Maternal Mental Health. I work with children, youth, parents, and families navigating difficult experiences.
My focus
I have experience working with children and youth enduring hard childhoods, as well as adults recovering from their childhoods. I am honored to work in the field of Maternal Mental Health as well, with women dealing with infertility, hyperfertility, and post-partum mental illness.
My approach
I use an eclectic person-centered, trauma-informed approach to care. When working with children and families, I approach using Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.
