My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe in meeting you where you are—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—and walking alongside you toward healing and self-discovery. I draw from CBT, Narrative Therapy, and trauma-informed care. When requested, I also integrate faith to support the whole person.
