I have worked with clients from many different cultural and ethnic groups, and with various presenting problems including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Psychosis, suicidal ideation, and feelings of self-harm.
My approach
I primarily use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, with a mix of Solution-based Therapy and Person Center Therapy, along with many different skills and interventions.
