I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about helping individuals embrace their strengths, navigate challenges, and achieve their goals. My journey began in the classroom, where I spent five years as a Special Education teacher, working with students with disabilities.

My focus

I specialize in are disability, career, anxiety and depression, personal growth and life transitions. I’m here to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your challenges, celebrate your successes, and move forward.

I utilize a strengths based approach for my clients that integrates mindfulness, CBT, and DBT.
