I am passionately dedicated to journeying with clients toward their recovery goals. I approach every client with positive regard and believe you are capable of the change you seek. Together, we'll work on the issues that matter most to you.

My focus

I have worked with different age ranges, from children in foster homes, incarcerated populations, and adults in group homes, but I would like to work with populations from ages 18 to 65 and older, both individuals, couples, and families.

My approach is customized to your needs, blending person-centered therapy with cognitive behavioral techniques and attention to cultural factors. I believe in wholesome healing that honors your psychological, biological, and spiritual dimensions. We'll collaborate to prioritize your needs and set meaningful recovery goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up in a home marked by abuse and addiction, I learned early on that people need listening ears and support. These experiences fuel my passion for helping others. My journey led me to ministry and three decades of counseling work across diverse settings.
