My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and respectful of your unique process. I listen with care and honor your pace and truth. I'm not here to give you all the answers or direct your journey, but I will reflect, ask thoughtful questions, and offer space for you to find your own clarity. My goal is for you to feel safe, empowered, and truly met.

My journey to mental healthcare

I came into this work through my own lived experiences. Moving through my own healing, I realized how powerful it is to be heard. Becoming a therapist felt like a path where I could hold space for others the way I once needed it. It's an honor to walk alongside those quiet, powerful moments when someone reconnects with themselves.

My goals for you

I believe goals in therapy should come from you, rooted in what actually matters to your life. In our sessions, we'll talk about what you're hoping to achieve, what's getting in the way, and what healing might look like for you. Your goals might be clear from the start or unfold as we build trust together. Goals can evolve as you evolve.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll go slow. There's no pressure to share everything at once or dive into the deep end right away. I'll guide us through a gentle conversation where we talk about what brings you here, what you're hoping for, and your background. If you're feeling nervous, that's normal, and we'll take it at the pace you need.
