I have 31 years experience in the MH field - diagnostics, therapy, director and 15 years as an adjunct professor. I help clients solve challenges and barriers so they may progress in their lives to be the best they can be.

I meet you where you are in your life and challenges. Sessions are laid back conversations about what you'd like to work on. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy, exploring your situation, challenges, and goals. I provide psychoeducation and help you examine thought and behavioral processes.
