My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist was sparked by a deep curiosity about human resilience and a strong desire to support others through life's most difficult moments. I'm inspired by the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and change, and there's nothing more fulfilling than witnessing clients discover their strength and find peace.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. We'll work together to define goals important to you—whether strengthening relationships, boosting self-confidence, or pursuing another personal aim. As you gain insight and grow, those goals may shift, and that's okay. I'm here to offer support and practical tools to help you keep moving forward.

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about your background and what led you to seek therapy. It's completely natural to feel a bit nervous before starting—many people do. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable, and I'll be here to support and guide you every step of the way.
