I work with young adults and adults struggling with life transitions, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and depression.

My approach

My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and belief in each person's capacity for healing and change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to reshape unhelpful thought patterns, solution-focused therapy to build on strengths, client-centered therapy to ensure safety and empowerment, and psychoanalytical therapy to explore deeper patterns.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a counselor because I deeply believe in the power of being seen, heard, and supported, especially during life's hardest moments. I hope to help others discover their own inner strength, build tools to navigate life's challenges, and know they do not have to do it alone.

Our first session

Starting therapy can feel both hopeful and a little intimidating, and that is completely normal. In our first session, my goal is to simply get to know you. We will talk about what brings you into therapy, what you are hoping to achieve, and any questions or concerns you might have. There is no pressure to share everything right away.
