I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Houston, Texas. I will be available only for Telehealth. I work with adults only (18+) and have expertise with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I also help with: work-life and personal/family life balance, divorce, grief, and parenting. My approaches are dependent on what a Client may need.

My typical client group is very diverse and may be feeling: overwhelmed, having low self-esteem, needing to develop boundaries, self-critiquing, not motivated, or have little interest in participating in life
My approach
My primary approach is to establish a strong connection and to build an alliance that will encourage and empower to help a client to meet their goal. I create and provide a non-judgmental environment that enhances hope and healing. I begin with a Client-Centered approach that allows a client to begin unpacking the reality of their needs for change.
